The Arthur O. Eve Higher Education Opportunity Program (HEOP) is no longer accepting new applications at The New School. We are, however, continuing to provide services and funding for students currently enrolled in the program.
The New School Arthur O. Eve Higher Education Opportunity Program is a New York State Education Department–funded program that offers financial, academic, and socio-emotional support for five years of undergraduate study and related educational
