  • At Parsons Paris, you have access to cutting-edge and traditional tools that enable you to make your ideas a reality. We offer many resources for making and research — on campus, at other locations in Paris, and online.

  • Technology Lab

The Technology Lab, located on the first floor of the Parsons Paris main campus, offers state-of-the-art production facilities, including laser cutting, 3D printing, 3D scanning, large-format photographic printing, and book binding. The lab also offers loan equipment that provides students access to DSLR cameras and audio recorders, photographic lighting, virtual and augmented reality devices, and tools for physical computing and electronics prototyping.

All equipment and printing and digital fabrication resources are available to students in all programs, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and experimentation. The "Tech Team" members have master’s degrees in fine art, photography, or audiovisual production, and they provide hands-on one-on-one tutorials and workshops to help students develop the skills they need to enter their professional creative careers.

    Paris-Romainville Campus

Located in a contemporary art and cultural hub in Greater Paris, the Paris-Romainville campus offers making and studio spaces where students in their final year of select undergraduate and graduate programs can explore new possibilities for creative expression, surrounded by galleries, artists-in-residence, and exhibition spaces. The facilities include state-of-the-art tools ranging from digital fabrication and prototyping equipment to a photography studio and a fashion lab.

    La Réserve des Arts

The Department of Technology and Campus Resources also organizes collaboration workshops with partner organizations. La Réserve des Arts is a nonprofit that promotes recycling and sustainable trash management. Our partnership with La Réserve des Arts helps students promote sustainability in their design practices and source a wide range of discounted materials. The partnership also supports Parsons Paris in responsibly managing its discarded materials.

    English Writing Labs

Parsons Paris offers English language writing tutoring to students who would like to develop their English language skills. Tutoring sessions are available for students seeking help with English as a second language (ESL) as well as native English speakers looking for general writing support for essays, research papers, and beyond. If you would like to learn more about these support services, please contact our writing tutors, Peter Behrman de Sinety and Vanessa Hope.

  • Parsons Paris students have full access to The New School’s online libraries and archives. You can use university collections, online databases, and research materials to broaden your knowledge and infuse your creative work with deep intellectual content.
