One Stop Student Service Center
The One Stop Student Service Center helps students with questions about billing, financial aid, and registration. It serves as a single point of contact for the offices of Financial Aid, the Registrar, and Student Accounts, ensuring that students can
receive accurate and timely information without needing to visit multiple offices. The One Stop Student Service Center launched virtually on April 17, 2023, with email service. The physical location opened on June 1 at 72 Fifth Avenue, 2nd Floor.
Students can seek assistance from the center in four ways:
- Visit the One Stop team in person at 72 Fifth Avenue, 2nd floor. The hours are:
Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 9:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Tuesday, 11:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. - Call the One Stop team at 212.229.5150. The hours are:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Tuesday, 11:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. - Email us at [email protected].
